Coordination of Preparation of PMTB Disaggregation and Socialization of Forkom-Yantis Prima

On Wednesday (25/04), BPS Kota Pagar Alam held an event entitled "Coordination of the Formation of Gross Fixed Capital Formation Disaggregation (PMTB) by Institutions & Business Fields and the Socialization of the Statistical Forum (Forkom-Yantis Prima) City of Pagar Alam". This event took place in the meeting room of Villa Gunung Gare Pagar Alam and was attended by invitations consisting of OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization), entrepreneurs and related stakeholders in Pagar Alam City who would be involved in the preparation of PMTB disaggregation. The format of this event is a panel discussion between BPS and invited stakeholders. With this panel discussion, it is hoped that BPS Kota Pagar Alam will get a lot of input from stakeholders before conducting a survey of PMTB disaggregation preparation and initiating Forkom-Yantis Prima.

In the event, the Head of BPS for South Sumatra Province (Yos Rusdiansyah, S.E., M.M.) as the main resource person delivered material on the preparation of PMTB disaggregation and the roles of stakeholders present in the preparation of PTMB disaggregation. In addition, he explained the benefits that stakeholders would get from the PMTB disaggregation preparation activities which will take place in the middle of this year, including as a basis for investment planning, and other benefits. With this explanation, the Head of BPS for South Sumatra Province hopes that all stakeholders who are present can actively participate in the PMTB disaggregation preparation activities by providing accurate data to officers and conveying the importance of preparing PMTB disaggregation to other stakeholders who are not present at the event.

After the explanation by the head of BPS for South Sumatra Province, the Head of BPS for Pagar Alam City, Dedi Fahlevi, S.S.T., M.Si, delivered the socialization material for the statistical forum called Forkom-Yantis Prima (Communication Forum and Prima Statistics Services) in front of the stakeholders. This statistical forum was initiated by the Head of BPS City of Pagar Alam to create One Data (One Data) in Pagar Alam City. It is hoped that this forum will answer the confusion that occurs in the community regarding different data but originating from the same object and measurement method. Head of BPS Kota Pagar Alam hopes for good cooperation and coordination between BPS Kota Pagar Alam and related stakeholders so that this forum will run smoothly and be sustainable.

The event was closed with the "Kahoot" online quiz. This quiz was held to break the tense atmosphere during the event as well as to evaluate the participants' understanding of the materials that had been delivered by the Head of BPS South Sumatra Province. This quiz lasts 5 minutes with 10 questions related to the preparation of PMTB disaggregation, where each participant is given 30 seconds to answer the questions. After quite a fierce competition, finally the first, second and third winners were won, namely participants who were able to answer 10 questions quickly and accurately. In addition, from the recapitulation of the results of the online quiz "Kahoot", it can be seen that most of the invited stakeholders understood the importance of preparing the disaggregation of PMTB and it is hoped that they can contribute to the success of this BPS big agenda.
