On Monday (02/12) an audience was held between BPS- Statistics of Pagar Alam Municipality and the Mayor of Pagar Alam. The audience was also attended by the leaders of Pagar Alam City Development Planning Agency and Pagar Alam City Communication and Information Agency. The hearing was held in Besemah Room III Pagar Alam Mayor's Office to discuss the establishment of the One Data forum in Pagar Alam City.
On this occasion, Dedi Fahlevi, M.Si, as the head BPS- Statistics of Pagar Alam Municipality said that a special forum is needed to succeed the ideals of One Data in Pagar Alam City. The forum is based on the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia no. 39 of 2019 concerning One Indonesian Data. In general, the structure of the One Data forum consists of Bappeda City of Pagar Alam as the Coordinator, BPS City of Pagar Alam as the supervisor of statistics, Diskominfo of Pagar Alam City as Walidata for Sectoral Statistics and OPD in Pagar Alam City as forum members.
Alpian Maskoni S.H. as Mayor of Pagar Alam welcomed this. He hopes that the forum will soon be formed and produce one data so that confusion does not occur again because there are various versions of the data to photograph the same phenomenon. With one data, Alpian also hopes that more and more investors will be interested in investing in Pagar Alam City.
Furthermore, Dedi Fahlevi, M.Si, said during the hearing that BPS would carry out the 2020 Population Census (SP2020). Dedi said that SP2020 was different from the Population Census in previous years because it used the Combined Method, namely the use of data prelis from the Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil) of Pagar Alam City as an initial reference for field implementation of Census activities. It is hoped that one population data for the City of Pagar Alam can be realized through this SP2020 activity.
The Mayor of Pagar Alam and all audience participants welcomed the SP2020 with this Combined Method. They stated that they were ready to make the SP2020 a success with whatever efforts they could.
