Can you imagine if our rice harvest area decreases, what will happen to our food consumption??

We can't fully depend on rice imports from other countries forever, right?

Well, in Pagar Alam, the rice harvest area in 2022 reached 3,120.75 hectares. This is more than the last two years, namely 2,705.03 hectares in 2021 and 2,786.69 in 2020.

Hopefully the rice farming sector in Indonesia will get stronger and become more attractive, especially to the young/millennial generation.
