Did you know that Indonesia is currently undergoing a period of population aging, where 1 in every 10 people is elderly? By 2023, it is expected that the percentage of elderly people in Indonesia will reach 11.75%.

Interestingly, according to the 2023 National Labor Force Survey, over half of the elderly population (53.93%) is still working. This is a significant statistic, as it suggests that many elderly people in Indonesia are still able to contribute to the workforce and society.
