On Saturday (17/08/2024), BPS Pagar Alam City held a Ceremony to Commemorate the 79th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia. Head of BPS Pagar Alam City, Sukerik, SST., M.Si. as supervisor of the ceremony, conveyed the message that BPS has a crucial role in supporting the National Statistics System, as supervisor of sectoral statistics and BPS must continue to play a role in providing correct insight into national and regional issues as a basis for forming government policies. In the series of ceremonies, the Satya Lencana award was also presented to the Head of BPS Pagar Alam City, Sukerik, SST., M.Si. and Pagar Alam City BPS employee, Luprianto, who has served as ASN for 30 years. Awards were also given to the Exemplary Statistical Person (IST) of BPS Pagar Alam City in 2024, namely Armula Pratama, SST. Glory to Indonesia! New Archipelago, Advanced Indonesia! Independent!
