Abstract

The city of Palembang in April 2020 experienced a deflation of 0.12 percent. The calendar year inflation (cumulative until April 2020) is 0.80 percent, and the annual inflation "year on year" (April 2020 against April 2019) is 2.54 percent. Dominant commodities contributed to deflation in April 2020 in Palembang City, including: red chili, purebred chicken, mobile phone pulse fees, broiler eggs, and rice.

   The city of Lubuk Linggau in April 2020 experienced a deflation of 0.43 percent. Calendar Year Inflation (cumulative until April 2020) is 0.39 percent, with year on year Annual Inflation (April 2020 against April 2019) of 1.87 percent. Dominant commodities contributing to deflation in Lubuk Linggau City include: red chili, air transportation, purebred chicken and mobile phone pulse fees.
