Abstract

  • The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for star-rated hotels in June 2024 was 51.13 percent, a decrease of 0.84 percentage points compared to the previous month’s rate of 51.97 percent. Meanwhile, the ROR for non-star-rated hotels in June 2024 was 19.94 percent, down by 0.52 percentage points compared to May 2024.
  • In June 2024, the highest ROR for star-rated hotels was recorded for five-star hotels at 65.74 percent, while the lowest was for one-star hotels at 41.75 percent.
  • The average length of stay (RLM) for guests at star-rated hotels is higher compared to guests at non-star-rated hotels. The average length of stay for guests at star-rated hotels is approximately 1.27 days, while for guests at non-star-rated hotels, it is around 1.13 days.
  • The average length of stay for foreign guests is higher than for Indonesian guests, both in star-rated and non-star-rated hotels.
