Abstract

BPS as one of the public service providers offering statistical data and information, consistently strives to deliver excellent service to its consumers. BPS conducts the Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) routinely every year, integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims not only to measure consumer satisfaction with BPS's data services but also to identify data needs and assess consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS.The report on the implementation of SKD 2024 in BPS Pagar Alam Municipality is presented in a publication titled "Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics Pagar Alam Municipality 2024". This publication provides an overview of consumer data needs, consumer perceptions of the performance of BPS's statistical services, and consumer perceptions of the quality of BPS data. The main indicators presented in this publication include the Customer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
