For participants who PASS the 1st stage of recruitment, please come to the BPS- Statistics of Pagar Alam Municipality on February 12-13 2019 (amended from the original announcement on the poster on 11-13 February 2019) with the following files:

a. Photocopy of last diploma (2 sheets)

b. Photocopy of valid Identity Card (KTP) (2 sheets)

c. Photocopy of Family Card (2 sheets)

d. 2 pieces of 3 x 4 and 4 x 6 photos.

e. Photocopy of NPWP (2 sheets) if any.

f. Application letter addressed to the Head of BPS- Statistics of Pagar Alam Municipality. The cover letter format can be seen at http://s.bps.go.id/LamaranMitra1673

3. Regarding the arrival schedule of each participant according to the test day will be announced on Sunday.
