Declaration of he Integrity Zone Towards WBK / WBBM BPS City of Pagar Alam

The Zone of Integrity (ZI) is a predicate given to government agencies whose leaders and staff are committed to realizing a Corruption Free Area (WBK) / Clean Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) through bureaucratic reform, particularly in terms of preventing corruption and improving the quality of public services. Then, the Area Free from Corruption (WBK) is a predicate given to a work unit that fulfills most of the change management, management arrangements, structuring HR management systems, strengthening supervision, and strengthening performance accountability. Finally, Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Areas (WBBM) is a predicate given to a work unit that fulfills most of the change management, management arrangements, structuring the HR management system, strengthening supervision, strengthening performance accountability, and strengthening the quality of public services. These three things are very important to be implemented and achieved by BPS- Statistics of Pagar Alam Municipality so that the ideals of BPS 'Bureaucratic Reform (RB) can be achieved.

To support the implementation of these three things in BPS-Statistics of Pagar Alam Municipality, on Tuesday (16/06) an Integrity Zone towards WBK / WBBM was launched. This day is a historic day for BPS-Statistics of Pagar Alam Municipality because for the first time, the Integrity Zone Towards WBK / WBBM was announced at the BPS- Statistics of Pagar Alam Municipality.

Present as witnesses at the declaration were the Regional Secretary for the Municipality of Pagar Alam (represented), the Head of the Pagar Alam Municipality District Court, the Head of the Pagar Alam Municipality District Attorney, the Head of the National Land Agency Kantah Pagar Alam (represented), the Head of the Ministry of Religion at the Regional Office of Pagar Alam Municipality, Head of the Pagar Alam Municipality Communication and Informatics Office. Of course, the declaration was carried out in compliance with the COVID-19 prevention protocol.

With the launch of this Integrity Zone, it is hoped that the BPS-Statistics of Pagar Alam Municipality can strive to become a government agency with WBK and WBBM predicate. BPS really needs input and support from various parties in realizing this noble ideal.
