Today, #Statmin wants to share some info about NTP. Do you know what NTP is?

Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) is the ratio of the price index received by farmers (It) to the price index paid by farmers (Ib). In other words, NTP describes the exchange rate of agricultural products sold by farmers against goods and services purchased by farmers (both for consumption and production costs).

Well, the October 2023 NTP in South Sumatra Province showed a value above 100, namely 108.05 (up 1.96 percent compared to the previous month). This means that the level of ability / purchasing power of farmers is relatively stronger. The increase in NTP was influenced by the NTP of 5 agricultural subsectors. What are they?
