Abstract

The Human Development Index (IPM) of Pagar Alam City in 2022 has increased compared to the previous year. The HDI of Pagar Alam City in 2022 is 69.6 or a growth of 1.34 percent (an increase of 0.92 points) compared to the achievements in 2021.
The increase in HDI 2022 is supported by an increase in all its constituent components. All dimensions forming the HDI have increased, especially the dimensions of longevity and healthy living and the dimensions of a decent standard of living.
In the dimensions of longevity and healthy living, babies born in Pagar Alam City in 2022 have the hope of living to the age of 67.29 years, 0.44 years longer than those born in the previous year.
In the knowledge dimension, the expected length of schooling for residents aged 7 years in 2022 has increased by 0.19 years compared to the previous year, from 13.05 years in 2021 to 13.24 years in 2022.
In the dimension of a decent standard of living as measured based on real expenditure per capita (adjusted), in 2022 it will reach 9.33 million rupiah per year. This value increased by 453 thousand rupiah (5.10 percent) compared to the previous year.
